Here are a few quick answers to the most frequently questions our students have asked us previously:

   
Q: Do I need a paypal account to register?

A: No, you don't need a paypal account to make your payment via paypal, however we recommend that you contact us directly to inquire about any current promotions which can possibly save you money!
   
Q: I don't have a headset for the class, will your company provide one?
A: We will provide you a new headset to take the course, however if you cancel the course mid-stream, you will be liable for the cost of it. However, if you complete the course, you may keep the headset, complements of AceTen.
   
Q: Do I need to purchase the courseware, books, or other materials to take a course?
A: Absolutely not, all books and courseware, handouts are provided to you.
   
Q: I don't feel comfortable with online payments, can I call you to make payment over the phone?
A: Absolutely, we accept the following credit cards with a U.S. billing address: Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover Card.
   
Q: What are the pre-requisites to attend the Online classes?
A: You will need a computer, a good stable Internet connection, phone or a headset. A Webcam is optional but good to have.
   
Q: Once I enroll, how do I attend the Online Classes?
A: You will be sent a Scheduled Weblink for every session via email.
   
Q: How do you conduct these Online classes?
A: We conduct these classes through Online Meeting software. Please feel free to attend a demo in order to get a real feel of one of our Online classes.
   
Q: How can I attend a Free Demo Class?
A: Please click here and request additional information on scheduling a demo for the course you want to take. If you do not see the course listed, you can still submit a request and we will try our best to accomodate you.
Q: Do you offer any payment plans?
